1. Senior Program Officer - DRR
The Senior Program Officer will be based in the province of West Sumatra and will be responsible for all aspects of project planning, budgeting, and implementation. Responsibilities include: rigorous planning, design, monitoring and evaluation, staff supervision, budget management, donor relations, report writing and overseeing all elements of program implementation. Close engagement, partnership and capacity building with government, private sector, and community partners is critical. The Senior Program Officer will provide leadership and mentoring to the DIPECHO DRR team and will be responsible for staff development. Participation in the Mercy Corps Indonesia management team, strategic planning and proposal writing is also required. The Senior Program Officer will coordinate closely with the leadership of all other Mercy Corps Indonesia programs to ensure inter-program learning and overall country program quality, especially Mercy Corps P3DM program
(USAID funded DRR program) and the DFID-funded West Sumatra Disaster Risk Reduction Program. |

GRANT PROPOSAL WRITER (Code: GPW – ICRS)
Qualifications:
Preferably hold a master’s degree and minimum has a BA degree.
Good proposal writing skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Has experiences in grant proposal writing or fundraising. Please enclose at least one proposal (in English) that you have made.
Communicative and able to take initiative.
Has strong network with international and local donors, foundations, NGOs or other funding sources
Responsibilities:
Planning a Financial Development/fundraising Program.
Doing research on potential funding sources.
Building good relation with international and local donors.
Writing grant proposal to potential donors.
Making appointments for the Director and Associate Director with Potential Donors.
Developing ICRS-Yogya’s Endowment Fund.
