| Job Description |
Management Sciences for Health (MSH) seeks an Organizational Capacity Building Technical Advisor for a USAID-funded program to increase performance and technical knowledge required by organizations to effectively implement integrated interventions targeting most-at-risk-populations. The project will introduce evidence-based interventions to strengthen organizations’ capacity to deliver quality services. Responsibilities include: provides leadership and guidance in the areas of leveraging funding, identifying and mobilizing resources to strengthen program activities and attract partners to contribute to the goals of the ASII Indonesia Project. The Organizational Capacity Building Technical Advisor is responsible for the oversight and technical direction of strategies and interventions to strengthen the capacity of NGOs, CSOs and networking with other collaborating partners on the project. This may include support for development of leadership, management, and strategic planning skills and the development of sound financial management, human resource management, inventory management and monitoring and evaluation results with the objective of making these groups more self sustaining. The organization Capacity Building Technical Advisor will be the key person responsible for facilitating and overseeing the roll out of the functional organizational development programs at different levels. |

| Qualifications |
1. Graduate degree in Public Health, international development, public administration, management, social sciences or a related discipline.
2. Minimum five (5) years work experience in organizational capacity, building across the areas of financial management, human resources, leadership development and strategic planning.
3. Significant experience working in developing country / Indonesia health systems strongly preferred.
4. Previous experience designing, implementing and facilitating training programs highly desirable.
5. At least three (3) yrs experience in a project management/leadership position, preference given for those with USAID-supported health project experience.
6. Experience and formal studies in health management, QA, and/or organizational development desirable.
7. Willingness to travel and work in health facilities distributed in the country.
8. Fluency in English and Bahasa, Indonesia is required.
