URGENTLY REQUIRED FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR RESPECT Program RESPECT is a 3-year program funded by USAID and lead by World Learning in partnership with CCF and two Indonesian organizations. The goal of the RESPECT program is to strengthen democratic civic culture; that is, to provide opportunities for Indonesians who may hold divergent views to define, create and realize common democratic values, processes and institutions. RESPECT is designed to facilitate the ability of Indonesians to create and participate in an inclusive public sphere (social and political) that recognizes and respects the place in society of all citizens irrespective of religion, ethnicity, gender, or other attribute. Location: SurfAid International NIAS Office Accountability: Finance Officer Purpose: Finance Assistant will be responsible for petty cash management, bank transactions, including input data to computerize accounting system, and to ensure all cash and related activities are accountable, transparent and auditable. Qualifications: Minimum accountancy degree level. Effective verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, organizational, prioritization skills are necessary.
