Action contre la Faim (AcF) is a non-governmental,
non-political and non-profit making humanitarian organization. In Indonesia , its projects address the areas of water and sanitation, food security, and
disaster preparedness. Activities including repair and construction of
infrastructures, construction of showers and latrines, hygiene education,
distribution of farming and fishing equipment, support to income-generating
activities, and socioeconomic and environmental impact studies.

The Smallholder Agribusiness Development Initiative (SADI) is a rural
development activity of AusAID designed to address issues of agricultural
production and rural poverty in Eastern Indonesia. The goal of the program
is to achieve increased rural growth and household incomes in four target
provinces of South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, Nusa Tenggara Timur and
Nusa Tenggara Barat, through improved household-level production linking
effectively with improved agribusiness/SME capacity, adequately serviced by
demand-driven adaptive R&D capacity.
