JC/08/HR/XII/ 2009 Background 2009 is a year of opportunity and challenges for IBU Foundation. It implies to build a good governance and sustainable organization. The mission to be a good governed organization is manifested by a new organigram and business process. Further more, IBU Foundation's orientation shifts from a project-based organization to a vision-based one has created the need to better programming strategy. In relation to that, IBU has decided to focus on working in Early Childhood Development (ECD) sector. The sector will cover two areas of intervention. The first is mother and children health (MCH) and the other is early childhood education (ECE). IBU will also utilize the approach of community mobilization as well. That means, the project will empower community members served and put capacity building agenda as one of the main strategy. |

CHF International/ Indonesia wishes to recruit a Cash for Work Officer for the implementation of key activity components of the "Building Indonesian Livelihoods and Transitional Shelter" (BUILT) program, namely, the management and oversight of Cash for Work projects in program areas. The BUILT program includes transitional shelter for 5,000 families, 2,500 upgrades to makeshift shelters, latrines for 1,250 households, sanitation and hygiene efforts, and cash for work to help clean up debris. In addition, the program also includes components focused in earthquake resistant construction training for local builders and earthquake risk-reduction education for its beneficiaries. |
