Charged with managing Oxfam’s long term development programming, you’ll know what direct programme and advocacy action can do on the very biggest scale. From gender equality issues and emergency preparedness right through to managing projects, planning, budgeting and impact assessment, you’ll do all you can to bring about the sort of high-quality, multi-sectoral approach that Indonesia so desperately needs. If that wasn’t enough, you’ll also be a main point of contact with beneficiaries, local authorities and other agencies, while monitoring and improving performance in every area. |

Urgently Required: The Jesuit Refugee Service (JRS) is an international non-governmental organization with a mission to accompany, serve, and advocate the rights of refugees and forcibly displaced people. In Indonesia JRS works with internally displaced people (IDP) affected by conflict as well as by tsunami in Nangroe Aceh Darussalam (NAD) and North Sumatra Provinces.JRS will also undertake research and mappping the present IDP situation in Indonesia and the potential risks to vulnerable communities and groups.JRS Indonesia also responds to emergencies where it can to assist in providing basic needs to those displaced, conflict and natural disaster.
