The Engineering & Quality Control Officer is responsible for planning, surveying, preparing design and estimates and drawing of various civil engineering projects, developing project implementation strategies
monitoring progress and reporting, ensuring quality/quantity of construction materials, supervising infrastructure projects, and coordinating with community/contracto rs, program teams and key stakeholders (i.e. VERCs, government). The Engineering & Quality Control Officer will provide overall technical input and ensure pre-determined quality engineering standards are met during and at the end of each project.
