International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) is looking for persons to fill a postion ADMIN OFFICER for Nias Office.

Key tasks and responsibilities
1. Ensure effective and efficient administration of the Federation operational offices. 2. Support the Head of Office. 3. Responsible to follow up all the Federation contracts 4. Responsible to follow up Federation monthly bills; e.g.: water, telephone, electricity and cable TV monthly payment. 5. Briefing of new delegates/staffs and visitors to Nias 6. Maintain an accurate inventory of equipment and purchase new equipment where necessary on behalf of the Head of Office. 7. Assist in building an institutional memory for the Nias office by maintaining master files. 8. Provide verbal/written translation of documents and letters as requested. 9. Support programme delegates in the field i.e. Mandrehe, Lahewa and Teluk Dalam 10. Maintain an accurate, regular and timely weekly narrative report to the Head of Office. 10. Supervise the Admin Assistant, Maintenance, Cleaner and Guards. 11. Organise management and staff meeting
