IOM Yogyakarta is looking for a warehouse clerk according to the term of reference below. Interested applicants are invited to submit their application to hryogyakarta@ iom.int up until the 11 January 2008.

General functions: Under the overall supervision of the MCA Construction Manager and the direct supervision of the TAP Facility Manager (TAPFM), the incumbent will assist TAPFM in implementing programme activities in MCA Training and Production (TAP) Facility and particularly be responsible for the following:
1. Prepare receiving report papers and coordinates with warehouse operation assistant to update warehouse stock database. 2. Prepare waybills for dispatching delivery transport and maintain transport/driver attendance list. 3. Prepare and provide all TAP Facility daily operation needs, include: training, warehouse maintenance, and TAP office. 4. Prepare any purchase requisitions needed for TAP operations and maintain accurate records of any expenditure to be reported weekly to TAPFM. 5. Conduct both regular and occasional payment of labours, cleaners, drivers, and any services provided for TAP routine operations. 6. Provide and maintain clean and accurate stock records of any materials and tools stored in warehouse, include: inventory in warehouse, training class, workshop, office and any area in TAP Facility. 7. Submit a concise daily report to TAPFM and periodic report of overall TAP activities. 8. Perform other duties as maybe assigned.
Desirable Qualifications:
Diploma degree, preferably in Economics or other Social Science, Engineering, or alternatively, professional experience in accounting/administ rative works. Attention to detail. Computer literate in MS Word and MS Excel, internet, E-mail and Database software. High personal commitment, efficient, flexible, drive for results, respect for diversity, creative thinking, punctual, and affirmative. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in team Willing to spend time in the field or remote area. Fluency in Javanese and/or English will be an advantageous value.
