CWS Indonesia (www.cwsindonesia. or.id), an international non-governmental development organization, working in various locations in Indonesia aiming to improve the lives of poor and vulnerable Indonesians, is searching for:
Program Officer for Disaster Risk Reduction Program (Banda Aceh/ Meulaboh/ Nias)

Requirements
S1 in social science, development studies, humanitarian, or other related field
Two years experience in development programs and emergency response
Previous experience in disaster risk reduction program and development program is strongly preferred
Experience in integrating disaster risk reduction into school system is an advantage
Experience in establishing inter-organizationa l networks and partnership with government institutions and communities
Excellent ability in organizing and implementing training including designing development program curriculum and methodologies
Excellent in verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, and good organizational skills.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia and good writing skills
Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to motivate/counsel both staff as well as local partner organizations
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Team player
