Specialty Coffee Association of Indonesia (SCAI)seeks applicants for the position of Administrative Assistant based in Jakarta . She/He is responsible for smooth administrative operation related with SCAI Activities. Specific tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:
Maintain and update the membership list, · Distribute information and printed materials such as brochures and folders · Create membership certificates and membership cards · Handle queries from prospective members · Filing and recording and incoming e-mails · Replying to simple questions about the association¢s benefits to its members, · Providing and handling correspondences · Logistic and Program Support Candidates must be fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia, Bachelor¢s Degree in any discipline, computer literacy MSWord and Excel is a requirement, and have at least 3 years experience as administrative assistant, strong interpersonal skills and communication.
