Depan, has been supporting social work education and practice in
Indonesia
since 2005. BPSW is starting up a new social work program, the Social
Work
Practice Resource Center. This Center will:
Provide training to local government and NGOs in order to build
capacity of staff to develop and implement social services and to
develop
social service systems.
2) Develop model pilot programs for social work in new fields of
practice
3) Provide support for social workers already in practice through
continuing education and information
We are currently looking to immediately fill the following positions:
Director of Capacity Building and Model programs (Full time position)
Based in Jakarta (with the extensive travelling throughout Indonesia)
Duration: 12 months/years, extendable
Salary: Rp. 7 � 9 millions / month

General Requirements:
* Excellent writing and communication skills.
* Innovative
* Experience in program development, managing projects, budgeting
(minimum of 5 years either in government, NGO or company)
* Good facilitating skills
* Self-motivated and seeking challenges
* Excellent team collaboration skills
* Excellent written and spoken English
* S1 or S2 in Kessos
Main responsibilities:
1. Network with international programs, NGOs and local government
2. Needs assessment of local programs
3. Together with the Resource Manager develop a marketing strategy
4. Monitor websites for RFPs appropriate for the organization
5. Develop proposals and budgets for capacity building programs
6. Monitor and staff capacity building programs
7. Develop model social work programs in various fields of practice:
such as industrial social work, physical and mental health, early
childhood
education
8. Develop funding sources for programs.
9. Together with Director of Learning Forum develop a university
consortium
10. Manage funds of the resource center
11. Participate in weekly team meeting
12. Submit monthly and quarterly reports to BPSW
13. Set up, meet with and facilitate advisory committee
Resource Manager (Full time position)
Based in Jakarta
Duration: 12 months/years, extendable
Health Insurance provided
Salary: Rp.1.7 � 5millions /month (depending on years of experience and
proficiency in English)
General Requirements:
* Experience in running a small office (setting up and keeping office
systems)
* Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, adobe, internet searches
* Excellent collaborative skills in working with a team
* Self-motivated, uses own initiative, experience in working
independently
* Good problem-solving skills
* Diploma or S1 Business Administration / Management / Economic
* Excellent Written and Spoken English
Main responsibilities:
1. Set up and manage all office systems (filing, communications, fax,
telephones)
2. Maintain job bank
3. Research relevant content and information for web site
4. Create materials such as stationary, business cards and flyers
together with program directors
5. Develop marketing strategy with both directors
6. Coordinate all communication in the office.
IT Staff (Full time position)
Based in Jakarta
Duration: 12 months/years, extendable
Salary: Rp. 2million/month
Health Insurance provided
General Requirement:
* S1 or D3 degree in IT
* Collaborative skills in working as member of a professional team
* Creative
* Experience in web design, creating database systems and multi-media
design
* Knowledgeable about computer hardware
* Good written and spoken English
Main Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop website
2. Update and maintain website daily
3. Design database system to meet specifications
4. Manage information systems
5. Create documents and presentation using multi-media design
