Our client is a PMA company which manufactures and distributes cosmetics, toiletries, beauty and personal care products. They have been successful in establishing market presence in over 30 countries which includes: Algeria, Australia, Bahrain, Canada, Egypt, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Iran, Japan, Jordan, Korea, Kuwait, Lebanon, Malaysia, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sudan, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam and the United States.
General Accountant
* Maintains timely and accurate company Books of Accounts in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Standards and statutory requirements while also ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures that would safeguard company resources and assets.
* College Graduate (Bachelor of Science in Accountancy) Certified Public Accountant
* At least 3 years experience in accounting, administrative or audit functions preferably in a Manufacturing/ Marketing Company, 1 year in a junior manager orl supervisory capacity
* Knowledge of setting up off-the-shelf Accounting books like Quickbooks or Peach Tree
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
* Analytic and results oriented
Preference will be given to applicants with working experiences in the same industry sector opposite the requirement.
