VACANCY CORDAID (The Netherlands) an international aid organization, is assisting the government of Indonesia in the reconstruction of 1,100 houses, water supply, sanitation and other small infrastructure works in Aceh Utara district and has finished reconstruction of school in Simeulue island. CORDAID is seeking highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following position based in Lhokseumawe as Office Assistant. She/He will be responsible for the following duties:
Maintain filing archive for documentations · Assist administration / logistics team for photocopying and compilation of financial documents. · Monitor and suggest office cleaner on her day-today cleanliness routine. · Assist and monitor housekeeper / cook on her expenses and organize bills/receipt for temporary advance settled. · Respond to incoming calls appropriately. · Maintain incoming / outgoing telephone register and charge for personal calls to individual staff members. · Administer and report on petty cash. · Supporting programme with photocopying, scanning and filing of programme documents. · Assisting visitors to the Cordaid office. · Maintain stationary stock register. · Facilitate daily office lunch. · Any other duty as deemed necessary by the manager. Qualifications: · Min.Universitydegre e in relevant studies · Min. 2 years in relevant working experience · Strong experience and background in administration · Good knowledge of English (writing and verbal) · Experience with relevant computer software packages (Word, Excel). · Communicative, systematic, accurate, and open. · Familiar with NGO is an advantage Candidates should submit an application letter together with a comprehensive curriculum vitae, not later than August 7th, 2008 to: medan_hr@cordaidsum atera.org.
