IBU FOUNDATION urgently needed highly motivated person for the following positions:
1.      Program Manager that will be based at Headquarter Office Bandung, West Java.
2.      Public Relation/Fundraisin g Officer that will be based at Headquarter Office Bandung.
3.      Mobile Clinic Medical Doctor that will be based at Nias Site Office, North Sumatera
4.Posyandu Coordinator that will be based at Nias Site Office, North Sumatera
5.       Admin and Finance Assistant that will be based at Meulaboh Site Office,West Aceh.
6.       Admin Assistant/Secretary that will be based at Headquarter Office Bandung, West Java ob Summary :
1.     Program Manager
The Program manager performs role in developing overall program intervention in the foundation; providing technical guideline in a form of policies, procedure and regulation for all program activities; monitoring program activities and progress in all sites in according to goal and objective in strategic planning; Develop proposal for submission; Evaluate and verify program reports submitted by site program officer before submission to donors; Provide guidance to site program officer in site program development; Coordinate with Finance Manager in a matter of program financing. He/She is also responsible to establish and maintain donor & partner network to support for foundation operation.
2. Public Relation/Fundraisin g Officer
The Fundraising/ marketing manager perform role in providing strategic direction in managing foundation fundraising and external relationship management. He/She is responsible to create and adjust the policies, regulation and procedures related with foundation external relationship;  Responsible for plan and implement fundraising activity ; establish network and execute activities for fund raising; coordinate with other department in a matter of fund raising; bridging relationship and communication between position holders in foundation and project with other party related with their field of work. He/She also responsible in create and manage Ibu Foundation promotion & socialization programs to the external environment.
3. Mobile Clinic Medical Doctor
Performs in conducting health service program through mobile clinic in targeted areas; provide assistance to Program Officer in program liaison to other NGO and or Local Government Agents in matters related with health service program implementation. He/She have to implement health service program as planned, coordinate with other program staff in matter related and with logistic and administration staff. He/She is also responsible to assist Program officer in collecting data and or information required to design health service programs.
4.Posyandu Coordinator
Performs a role in managing Posyandu program in targeted areas. Create tools required for posyandu/mother & child health program implementation and making report on program implementation to Program officer. He/She have to responsible for implementation of program as planned, coordinate with other department in matter related with Logistic and Operation. He/She is also responsible to assist Program Officer in collecting data and or information required to design mother & child health programs..Arrange and plan related workshop training in posyandu and Maternal and Child Health to all stakeholders at targeted areas.Facilitate district socialization workshop for posyandu.Facilitate and supervised regular monthly Posyandu activities; child health clinics; Growth monitoring; Immunizations; Community Health Education.Support Health staff/midwives to immunize children according to Indonesian MoH Immunization schedule in Posyandu.Malnourished case of children
U5 in targeted areas are identified and assisted.Conducted regular Health Education in Posyandu.Developing and distribute IEC Materials for Posyandu and Health Education.Facilitate Biannual meetings with cadres in order to assess knowledge and engagement.Facilitate kader training in organizing Posyandu, MCH knowledge and health education skills.Facilitate Team Building training for cadres in targeted areas
 
5.Admin and Finance Assistant
The Finance & Administration Assistant perform role in supporting site manager to manage fund allocated for Office & project in site by implementing proper accounting and reporting of transaction, conduct administrative support and human resource management recording for site office, and managing the utilization and recording of office logistic. Operate and up-date the site office database.
6. Admin Assistant/Secretary
Responsible for general office administration. Responsible for the receipt, dispatch and accountability of all incoming and outgoing mail / pouch/ faxes and E-mail. Responsible for handling visitors and telephone calls; Responsible for filing and typing of materials as requested by the Program Department and Directors. Assist HR Officer in facilitation the required recruitment and selection process. Ensure all personnel files of the field staffs are well maintained and updated. To attend any other tasks requested by the Line Manager and Director  as required and when necessary Develop an administration budget in consultation with the Finance Manager and ensure efficient and effective use IBU Foundation.
Qualifications :
lBachelor Degree, especially for medical doctor and posyandu coordinator, must be      graduated from medical
lHaving Knowledge in social & cultural approach to individual, group, organization and society.
lGeneral knowledge of General Administration, Asset & Project Management.
lExperience working in NGO
lExperience in leadership position.
lGood writing skills – Good ability in proposal writing and donor reporting.
lGood Management Skill – Good ability in managing self & Good Ability, preferably high ability, in managing team,     organization and resource.
lGood communication skill – Good ability in interpersonal communication, doing presentation & negotiation; Fluent in oral & written English and Bahasa Indonesia, fluency in other language is an advantage.
lGood social skill – Good ability in seeking, building, establishing and maintaining relationship; Good ability in conflict resolving & working individually and or in team.
lGood analytical skill – Good ability in logic, systematic & strategic thinking, & analyzing problems; high objectivity and    good consideration in giving judgment and make decision; High willingness to learn & relearn; Capable in handling multitask and dealing with complexity.
lGood quantitative skill – Capable in numerical reasoning and arithmetic computation; Capable to do numerical & text coding & converting; Ability to understand and use tables and graph; High detail orientation.
lGood computer literacy – Capable in using office standard software & internet for browsing and  communicates.
lAble to work underpressure
