Urgently Required: The Jesuit Refugee Service (JRS) is an international non-governmental organization with a mission to accompany, serve, and advocate the rights of refugees and forcibly displaced people. In Indonesia JRS works with internally displaced people (IDP) affected by conflict as well as by tsunami in Nangroe Aceh Darussalam (NAD) and North Sumatra Provinces.JRS will also undertake research and mappping the present IDP situation in Indonesia and the potential risks to vulnerable communities and groups.JRS Indonesia also responds to emergencies where it can to assist in providing basic needs to those displaced, conflict and natural disaster. JRS Indonesia is seeking the following positions: 1. Information- Advocacy Coordinator, based in Medan 2. Information- Advocacy Officer for Youth Project, based in Tapaktuan (South Aceh)Closing date: 31 August 2008
