CSF (Common Service Facility) a program by Relief International, and funding from the Indonesia Australia Partnership through the Yogyakarta-Central Java Community Assistance Program. This program created a local meeting center for terracotta artisans/producers, to develop and increase their income. CSF was established in 2007, by the KUB 34 Kasongan, a group of collective business of low-income artisans in Kasongan, Yogyakarta, as the victims of 2006 earth quake who want to struggle to recover their livelihood.
Through the program, the member of KUB are now have technical skill and training in the development, marketing, and sales. In order to support the business center, we are looking for best applicant to fill in the following vacant positions of FINANCE & ADMIN. ASSISTANT. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : - To ensure that cashiering activity (including daily cash register, cash count weekly and monthly basis) and payment activity run effectively - To ensure that correct level of cash in the office is available to cover the needs - To prepare all vouchers and attached with supporting documents - To entry all data in vouchers into Field Cash/Bank Spreadsheet - To maintain floats control sheet and outstanding invoices - To maintain relations with bank to ensure all bank transaction managed properly. - To maintain that banking activities (including montly bank reconciliation, maintain cheque books, issuing cheques to suppliers) run effectively - To maintain numbering finance filing system - To support Office Manager in preparing Month End Financial Report. - Procurement of materials - Administration activities as in internal and external correspondence, documentation, office filing system, maintenance time sheet reports, attendance, assets and leave / RR registers and vehicle roster, - - Maintaining effective communication within the team and with other teams; - Anticipating problems; suggesting solutions and monitoring resolutions of the problems - ensuring they are solved in a proper and timely manner; other ad-hocwork as required within the admin area. - To arrange for reservation of meeting space as requested by project staff/benefficiarie s - To monitor all lease agreements (Office, warehouse and Staff house) OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES - To provide finance material and finance forms as required by other staff member - To maintain and updating finance Filing - To provide weekly finance report Skills & Knowledge: - Skilled in finance and accounting system - Good knowledge of computer programmes (Excel, spreadsheets, etc) - Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong representation skills - Ability to work in a multicultural team - Good negotiation skills - Ability to work with minimum supervision - Good knowledge about operational admin and develop admin system - Good knowledge of computer literacy and strong ability to be self-supporting - Good written and spoken language skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia - Strong ability to work collaboratively with team Kindly send your CV and portfolio to yani@csf-craft. com before August 31, 2008.
