Vacancy - Justice for the Poor Program, Indonesia The Justice for the Poor program of the World Bank Office Jakarta wishes to engage an experienced consultant to support its programs. The position will focus on ensuring quality control across Justice for the Poor operational programs. This will involve supporting coordination between programs, drafting analytical pieces and supervision reports that identify lessons learned and highlight program synergies, standardize key documentation across programs and support the dissemination of program findings. The position will also coordinate Justice for the Poor's contributions to an Impact Evaluation of a legal empowerment project.
The following qualifications are required: at least 5 years experience working on social development and/or governance issues in a developing country context; at least 3 years experience managing access to justice programs; experience managing and evaluating programs, including programs working with NGOs; knowledge of access to justice and development issues in Indonesia; strong analytical skills; an ability to take the initiative and lead on specific inputs and work will in a cross-cultural team environment.
