Location: SurfAid International NIAS Office
Accountability: Finance Officer
Purpose: Finance Assistant will be responsible for petty cash management, bank transactions, including input data to computerize accounting system, and to ensure all cash and related activities are accountable, transparent and auditable.
Qualifications: Minimum accountancy degree level. Effective verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, organizational, prioritization skills are necessary. Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines and work independently and cooperatively with team members is required. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia are important. Highly developed computers skills with strong familiarity of word processing, spreadsheets, and database software are mandatory.
Responsibilities/ Duties: Administer and adhere to SurfAid International values, principles polices and procedures, including but not limited to:
Detail Job Description:
1. Review Purchase Requisition (PR) to make sure all transaction following SurfAid Finance and Accounting rules and procedures.
2. Prepare cash request and withdraw cash from bank.
3. Review PR after payment process.
4. Input transactions to GL spreadsheet and Accounting software.
5. Cash counting with Office Manager.
6. Submit GL to Finance Officer and Accountant weekly.
7. Discussion GL and other finance matter every beginning of the week with Finance Officer and Accountant.
8. Prepare Salary calculation and process the payment after review by finance officer.
9. Prepare Salary Statement and send to staffs.
10. Reconciliation balance sheet account every beginning of the month.
11. Prepare balance sheet and P&L report and submit to Accountant monthly.
12. Update and submit finance control sheet to Finance Officer. Finance Control Sheet will be prepared by Finance Officer.
Salary : 3 – 4 million.
