Caritas Switzerlandseeks dynamic individual to fill the position of :
Micro-Credit/ Enterprise Development Officer
Major Roles:
S/he is responsible to the Livelihood Coordinator in coordinating and monitoring the Local NGO on implementing the Micro-credit System, facilitates access of beneficiaries to the system and the development of entrepreneurship in Trandas.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
1. Accounting, finance, business or marketing management graduate or equivalent of at least 5 years experience of work dealing with micro-credit and enterprise development
2. at least 2 years experience working experience in rural community setting
3. have good understanding of business development services (BDS)
4. preferably with background in facilitating training
5. at least with 2 years work experience with an NGO
6. able to write and communicate in English
7. computer literate (MS word, PowerPoint and Excel)
8. can work independently and as a team player
9. with good moral character
Closing date of application : 13th October 2008.
Duty station : Singkil, Aceh Singkil, NAD
Duration of contract : Fixed Term contract for 2 years
