Youth Employment Project Manager – Based in Jakarta* Plan Indonesia will be initiating a major youth employment project in Indonesia this year. The Youth Employment Project Manager will provide overall leadership for the project. He/she will design, implement, monitor and evaluate the project in cooperation with selected partners. Requirements: · University degree in appropriate field · Five or more years experience implementing vocational training or youth employment programs, with at least two years at a senior level · Experience in working with partners · Strong skills in teamwork, strategic planning, negotiation and networking Grants Assistant & Documentation – Based in Jakarta The Grants Assistant & Documentation will have responsibility to ensure the filing system is updated and well-monitored according to grants administration procedures of Plan. He/She will administrative support for Country Director including correspondence, and translation and reporting. The Grants Assistant & Documentation will be reporting to Grants Manager Requirements: · Diploma degree (D-3) in any major related to that position from reputable institution · Minimum two years experienced in NGO’s administration. Experienced in documentation and translation would be an advantage · Strong concern to detail and accuracy · Well organized and able to self-manage filing system (including develop checklist of documents and make sure all files updated) · Excellent in English, both conversation and written · Computer literacy (minimum MS Office: Word, Excel, etc) All applications will be treated in confidence.
